For many years, a really harsh voice lived in my head constantly telling me I wasn’t good enough, that I didn’t belong, and that the life I dreamed of was out of reach.
That voice showed up everywhere — in my relationships, my work, and in how hard I tried to please others just to feel worthy.
One day I chose to let that voice go. Not out of anger, but from understanding that it had simply been trying to protect me in its own way.
In its place, I began to cultivate a new voice - one that reminded me I was worthy of living a full, beautiful life, one that made sense to me.
