Workplace Wellbeing Programs for Healthy, Resilient & High-Performing Teams

Workplace wellbeing is not one-size-fits-all.

At The Mind Solace, I partner with organisations to create bespoke workplace wellbeing strategies - designed around the unique needs, culture and challenges of each team.

Why Workplace Wellbeing Matters More Than Ever

Across many organisations today, capable professionals are carrying increasing mental load, blurred boundaries, and sustained pressure to perform. As well as navigating a period of rapid change around us.

Over time this can lead to:

• burnout and fatigue
• reduced focus and productivity
• disengagement
• declining psychological safety

Workplace wellbeing initiatives are no longer a “nice to have”. They are essential to sustaining performance, resilience, and a healthy workplace culture.

Organisations that actively invest in employee wellbeing often experience higher engagement, stronger collaboration, and improved retention.

Research from Gallup highlights the strong connection between employee wellbeing and workplace engagement. Employees who are thriving in their wellbeing are significantly more likely to be engaged and less likely to experience burnout.

Workplace Wellbeing with The Mind Solace

I am Rashmi, Life & Wellbeing Coach and founder of The Mind Solace.

I partner with organisations, leaders and teams to design bespoke wellbeing initiatives that help individuals thrive both personally and professionally.

My work integrates science-backed wellbeing practices including mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and behavioural change strategies that support sustainable performance.

No two organisations are the same, and neither are their people.
For this reason, I place special attention on designing wellbeing initiatives that reflect the unique culture, values, and priorities of each organisation.

Every offering is thoughtfully shaped after meaningful conversations with the relevant leaders or teams, allowing me to understand your organisational values, wellbeing goals, and the real needs of your people.

This ensures the initiatives created are practical, relevant, and designed to create genuine impact and value within your workplace.

Workplace Wellbeing Workshops & Initiatives

  • Practical techniques that help employees manage cognitive load, improve clarity, and sustain focus during demanding work periods.

  • Evidence-based breathing practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and mental resilience.

  • Helping professionals recognise early signs of burnout and develop sustainable ways to manage pressure and workload.

  • Supporting employees in building work habits that maintain wellbeing while sustaining productivity. Sometimes “no” can be the most powerful tool for staying focused, protecting priorities, and maintaining wellbeing at work.

  • Facilitated wellbeing experiences designed to help teams reset, reconnect, and build healthier workplace habits.

These retreats combine elements of team connection, reflection, and practical wellbeing practices

What if the end-of-year gathering looked a little different?
Instead of the traditional Christmas party, imagine ending the year with a wellbeing retreat focused on reflection, reset, and reconnecting as a team.

Above examples provide a snapshot of the initiatives available. Each wellbeing program is designed in collaboration with organisations to ensure it reflects their unique culture, challenges, and goals.

If you are exploring a specific wellbeing initiative for your team, I would be happy to connect and discuss what could best support your organisation.

My Approach to Workplace Wellbeing

★★★★★ Workplace Wellbeing & Breathwork Workshop - Qb Studios

Rashmi has run breathwork workshops for our Qb Ponsonby members, and each times everyone has come away feeling educated, inspired, calm, and ready to tackle the day ahead.

Rashmi provides great insight into the benefits of incorporating breathwork into everyday life and shares practical suggestions on how and when to use these techniques.

    Thanks again, Rashmi!

★★★★★ Breathwork & Digital Detox Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

I’ve really enjoyed working with Rashmi over the years through her breathwork workshops and digital detox sessions.

What I appreciate most is her collaborative approach, openness, and flexibility to tailor each workshop to the individuals in the room as whole humans. Everyone has different needs, is at a different life stage, or may simply be coming from a very different day.

Rashmi has a wonderful ability to facilitate a workshop for a group while still acknowledging individuals, which makes the experience especially valuable.

I highly recommend her practical breathwork workshops.

Organisations that actively prioritise employee wellbeing often experience meaningful benefits across both people and performance.

Creating moments of pause during the workday helps the mind move out of a constant “survival mode” and back into a state where clarity, creativity, and thoughtful decision-making can emerge.

When individuals are mentally replenished, they are better able to focus deeply, generate new ideas, collaborate effectively, and contribute to innovative thinking within their teams.

Research from Deloitte highlights that organisations perform best when they balance business performance with human outcomes, creating environments where people can thrive while contributing their best work. Organisations that prioritise both are significantly more likely to achieve stronger results.

To support organisations in introducing these moments, I created Project Mindfulness: a practical initiative designed to help teams incorporate simple mindfulness practices into the workday.

Bring Workplace Wellbeing to Your Organisation

If you are exploring ways to support your team’s wellbeing while sustaining performance, I would be happy to connect.

Every organisation is different, and a short conversation allows us to understand your current wellbeing approach, the challenges your teams may be experiencing, and what kind of support might be most valuable.

During this 45-minute wellbeing conversation, we can explore:

• your organisation’s current wellbeing initiatives or framework
• the needs and pressures your teams and leaders may be experiencing
• potential workshops, wellbeing initiatives or corporate retreats that could support your people

If it feels like the right fit, we can then explore how a bespoke workplace wellbeing initiative could be designed for your organisation.
